Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NEEWER account or use the guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box with all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
